Waterton Lakes National Park

Often referred to as the part of Montana's Glacier National Park that extends up into Canada, Waterton Lakes is much less famous, much quieter, and much more rustic than its American counterpart. Starting in the village of Waterton Park, take in the breathtaking views of the park's mountains, meadows, and lakes. And while you don't cross the border into Montana or Glacier National Park, you do get mighty close. That lake you see towards the end of the album with the snowy ridge at the other end? That snowy ridge on the opposite shore of the lake is in Montana.
