Four Peaks: Brown's Peak Summit

Superstition Wilderness, Arizona, United States

15 July, 2017

Ascend to the summit of Brown’s Peak, the highest point in Maricopa County on a hike that features breathtaking views to both the north and south. After climbing the 300-foot tall scree chute, you will reach the 7,657 ft summit, which features a 360-degree view, and on a clear day you can see over 1/4 of the state of Arizona. As hazy as it was, we could see both Phoenix and the Mogollon Rim from the summit.
