Often referred to as the part of Montana's Glacier National Park that extends up into Canada, Waterton Lakes is much less famous, much quieter, and much more rustic than its American counterpart. Starting in the village of Waterton Park, take in the breathtaking views of the park's mountains, meadows, and lakes. And while you don't cross the border into Montana or Glacier National Park, you do get mighty close. That lake you see at the end of the album with the snowy ridge on the opposite side? That snowy ridge is in Montana.
